i played the demo for Byte The Bullet today. i downloaded the demo during nextfes but never actually got around to playing it until now. the following is a description of the moment i fully checked out of this game
after clearing the introductory stage, you exit into a SMW-style world map/stage select screen
for context, the game is set inside a computer. the area i chose to enter first turned out to be the graphics card
the first stage in this area features red, blue, and green blocks that you have to interact with in order to progress
and the stage opens with dialogue that says, essentially,
"lmao i hope you're not colorblind"
(i am paraphrasing but that is very much the vibe of it)
so like. nah.
