I should have been more on the ball about aftermath. She’d have wanted to get Malcolm, and get Walter to whatever care is available immediately.

Basically my thinking is like T has been monitoring Walter for the duration of the episode and has eventually come to an informed conclusion that he is cozy, while from my original POV T's behavior of notifying any specific people IS the assumption but now I know

I do still think a way forward with Malcolm initially very overwhelmed with his own process of arrival on the ship may make sense but we will see

if Taylor wasn't able to reach Malcolm and so she left Walter with PYOTR, that would line up really well with the potential Justine reaction mentioned a bit earlier. And Walter could explain he wanted to break the news to Malcolm himself
