I had a really fun time with my web host over the weekend, and rather than run it all down for you I'll just show you the feedback they requested for my customer support experience

notable moments from the phone conversation included me saying at least three times "I can't talk long because I have a toddler who needs my full attention" and, upon saying this a fourth time when asked to be put on hold, the rep stopped long enough to ask "oh you're babysitting"

at which point I fully yelled NO I'M NOT BABYSITTING IT'S MY TODDLER

chris came home while this was happening and was thankfully able to take over but he got to hear the part of the conversation where I was explaining paragraph 2 to the rep and how I felt like I was going insane because how could you possibly run a business this way

and the rep is like oh no! this mustn't happen! we can't let that happen! and just Not Listening so hard that I finally yelled IT ALREADY HAPPENED, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT

for fuck's sake

and chris looks at me like from the kitchen

I am not a person who rises to anger easily

if I'm yelling at someone period it means something has gone Horribly Wrong

anyway I cleared 150k files out of my cache and my site is ifne

in further news we received an older photo from the daycare which has been the source of mounting anxiety as we become increasingly certain the baby in the picture isn’t Callen

like I can see why they thought it was him. and he even has a jumper really similar to that, but I realized with a weird jolt at one point that he only wears it as pajamas. at home

when chris first handed me the photo I was like aww this must be kinda old and he was like 'I don't think it's callen' and after staring at it for a while I was like god I don't think it is either

but it looks ENOUGH like him, with enough coloration and stylistic similarities to be fully uncanny valley

anyway I don't feel bad posting the pic because I have literally no idea who this is apart from Possible Changeling Callen
