but yes bella is such a teenager. the life or death quality of high school drama makes it easy to see how someone could be like "okay you're a vampire, so what"

i haven't read twilight in ages and have evolved into a "let's watch these movies together to make fun of stuff" person, but while i had so much beef with edward/bella i loved the cullens in the books?

would have loved a cullen-centric book.

midnight sun is ridiculous and repetitive (how many times can edward curse his monstrous nature) but also somehow exactly what i needed

we learn things like phil's cd bella keeps mentioning is linkin park's hybrid theory

and bella's favorite books are more or less exactly what i would have picked at her age

edward is such a doofus and can't pick up on basic social cues without mindreading
