my first run had what I’m sure is an unusually high number of unlocks (20) since it was on Ode to Castlevania
that dlc is making me consider getting back to vs >>;
That DLC is worth buying the game for, honestly
I hadn’t played much of the Amogus or Contra maps, but the Castlevania one is fantastic
yeah it’s incredible
i dont really want the amogus one and uncertain on the contra...but theres a bundle of all of them plus the ost that's very tempting
(That said I do rec buying the Moonspell and Foscari DLC just because the devs looked and said “you know what cool thing we can say: trans rights”)
There’s a few things in base game that seem like important features, so it’s not like I can do just OtC, though

amogus one is anything like Ode you can just never open the map it comes with and nothing from it will ever appear in a run
