It's a malignant tumour that centrists like the Democrats delude themselves into thinking (while gaslighting / bullying others to fall in line OR ELSE) they can compromise with.

That NOT A WORD of their agenda must be legitimised, accommodated, much less adopted. You know what was the reaction of the Dems? BULLYING. The DNC got the USA and the world into this mess.

And, as you correctly pointed out, the consequences will last longer. They'll last for generations. How do I know? I've seen this shit in action in Greece, where the far right has been determining the agenda ever since we became an independent state. And even more so after the Civil War of 1946-1949.
