Finally uninstalled Duolingo. It helped a bit with vocabulary, but mostly it was teaching me matching games. It wasn't helping with understanding while listening/reading or generating sentences.
It was definitely habit forming and I did it before getting out of bed in the morning, but the obligation was getting to be too much.
