I'm in agony again. I don't know what to do anymore

My lead must have seen me struggling and she didn't even say hello, she just left asap

Everyone around me is asking me how Im doing and management just walks away. Even the customers asked me to get them someone else because they felt bad

I feel so small and unimportant and alone

All I have is pain and everyone acts as if it's an inconvenience to them
