They didn't even manage to get basic details right on the writing end. Tsunade doesn't use that as a last name, that's some basic fanon shit.

...I'm not seeing anything on Kakashi's vest that can't just be attributed to someone not drawing all the details every time.

RadioactiveArachnid: The basic pauldron shape keeps changing and moving, and in one of the panels they're going under the pockets.

Kakashi also changes. it's like the art can't decide if he's thin and lithe or more muscular framed.

Oh, and Kakashi's pouch randomly disappears in the same page as Naruto's.

Even though the angles mean it should still be visible.

Like, I know what normal lazy art looks like, and this isn't it.

Things would be wrong in the same way, rather than things morphing, or stuff randomly disappearing or reappearing on the same page.
