Ashton and Chase actually like. finding stuff out about each other instead of just talking about powers and light mocking of each other
I do feel like they're close enough in age and outlook to really have some stuff in common if they don't get in their own way
The 'not getting in their own way' part might be a problem but, y'know, I think they can persevere, I think they can make progress here
