he would like to walk but he's not letting it stop him
that's the spirit, buddy lol
I'm glad he's getting this experience now because the cutoff for school is January 1 here so he's going to be on the younger side of his grade and he's also small for his age
I expect there will be someone younger than him in January when the new term starts and kids age out of the infant class
he was TECHNICALLY about a month too young for this class in September but they're flexible and it was way more appropriate than putting him in a class that that starts at five months and thus has babies who aren't MOBILE
Smart call. We did a parent and tot thing at the library where kiddo was at the older side of things, and man, he was not vibing with it.
All the cute little immobile babies on their parents' laps, cooing and swaying to the songs, and then you have mine and another little dude who were the two walkers, and desired only chaos and parents constantly chasing them to prevent escape
They brought a crawler over to their side by the end
In hindsight, we should have put him with the next age class up, because he gravitates to older kids and cues off them
he learned to crawl halfway through the songs and rhymes class at the local speech pathology place and started harassing the potted plant babies who were in fact older than him
Baby equivalent of rolling up to your friends when you have your driver's license
"you're bigger than me and older than me, why are you just sitting there? I don't know how to sit but I can do THIS!"
He traded skills to level up faster
he put all his skill points in CHA and DEX and neglected STR
babies are of course locked out of putting points in WIS
