i'm not a consumer of the genre but after watching some videos on the whole beef and trying the most recent tracks, it's CLEAR who the better performer was. it's no shock he got more plays
(he's the one who coined the term "Streisand Effect" and I really don't think he expected it to be right BEFORE the universe set out to prove just how extreme its applications could be)

He's also alleging in his latest filing that Spotify is conspiring against him by playing Kendrick's diss track instead of his album when people ask for it
(which is EXTREMELY unlikely)
(not because Spotify is a beacon of integrity or anything, but because if your whole business is streaming music you won't last long if you don't stream what your customers are actually requesting)
(like they have a very good, purely financial incentive to NOT engage in exactly those sorts of shenanigans)
