Macross Frontier

If I'm not familiar I'll just google it and cobble together a positive opinion from what I find.

UltraDude: It makes me somewhat interested in actually getting into Macross, when I have the time. Mostly because I want to see how Sheryl and Ranka actually interact.

I expect it will be less gay than I hope, but with any luck there will still be some gay.

it has callbacks but nothing that's essential

Oh good. Because frankly, trying to absorb giant-ass mecha canons is one of the main things keeping me out of any Gundam that isn't Witch and G.

(and there are two movies that are a separate continuity version)
