Upper management apparently thinks that everyone in the warehouse knows how to deal with walk in customers, so they moved the one and ONLY GUY WHO DOES to a different part of the warehouse to do a completely different job

For some unfathomable reason they've decided that he's NOT ALLOWED to deal with customers unless they're from Facebook ???

Meanwhile literally nobody else in the warehouse is able to take walk in orders because we lack any training on it whatsoever and also don't have access to whatever the fuck they use to process payments
