one of them keeps enabling Crazy Coworker by being a gay bitch at her and acting like her fucking tantrums are a joke

(meanwhile the actual Gay Bitch on the emails team is sick of CC and keeps giving her blunt solutions to her very obvious problems and keeps getting snapped at her by it so he's sick of her shit too)

and is generally just extremely useless when it comes to solving any problems we might have, all of us know we can't rely on him

our current Manager came from the actual sites (I work in the call centre) and it's extremely obvious she doesn't know how procedures work here

or how to make a booking

I got pulled up during work on Wednesday to go over two appointments I made, apropos of nothing and for the first time, she rocked up to my desk to talk to me

one of them I will agree I failed to read the notes, but both sets of notes essentialy said "this patient is banned because her mother keeps being a bitch and abusing staff" but also "please don't give her mother any information about her appointments" so

the patient was perfectly cordial in the call from what I remember, but Manager says she can't find the call logs, which is bullshit bc I always let mine record so that's on her

the second one was an urgent appt I booked in two weeks in advance (blood clot), and i immediately went "Ah but you see, I followed Procedure, which is to tell them to try and go to a public hospital while we book them in for the next available date, which unfortunately happens to be two weeks away bc [Site] is absolutely insane right now"

and then we went to look at notes, and it said "pt called site to reschedule, advised she was told to try and go to a public hospital while we book them in for the next available date"

and Manager went "okay well next time you should call the site, the sonographers are Required to make space for urgents like that"

had to go "literally never has that been policy Here, we are extremely firmly told to follow the books bc they physically cannot squeeze people in, that's not how Time works"

they're also looking at moving us all to another site and shutting down the primary office, which will literally double my commute

ugh we just spent like 10 minutes arguing with Manager who doesn't seem to get that a lot of our commutes double bc so many people work on the opposite side of the city
