thankfully, I realized my mistake before anything burned

I should've set a timer on the oven, but I usually put those on my computer so I can actually hear the alarm, but it took, like, an embarrassingly long time of noting that it still said "25 after" to realize that I wasn't looking at a clock, but a temperature readout
