1 activity I do with my teachers/pre-service students is have them create 2 questions about a video. Submit questions via Google form

and then they have to visit the spreadsheet and revise question so it is a higher level question based on Bloom's Revisied Taxonomy

This way they use technology transparently while actually completing an activity that can be considered analysis/evalutation
