Well we have a very small connection shared by two people. about 450kb/s MAX. When I'm on SL the other person sharing the connection cant

connect to webpages and stuff v easily and same for me when they're on y00t00b and stuff

so I want to be able to limit it so we both have 200kb/s each.

No, because that's not how our router works. Once it reaches the limit it times out and throws us both off the connection and over-heats.

I would rather have a slightly slower yet reliable connection

then one that goes fast SOME of the time, doesn't allow anyone else to get online and then over-heats the router and kicks us off lol

Yeh. Neither of those are options. Both require cash. A luxury I dont have

No, it's not, it's a very old D-link one. It's the only router that will pick up our internet connection because of where we live.

It's the only router we've tried that is sensitive enough to pick it up

but then, it's also sensitive enough to pick up on any outside forces that may knock it out. Wind, rain, other connections etc etc
