hrm well usually in that case there's a couple things you can look at. 1. open the side (it is a desktop right?)

and turn it on. Look inside and at the CPU fan and the fans in the back (those are the culprits- one of those)

if they aren't. it's usually the cpu fan. Which well both are inexpensive. Best to know what is your computer brand/model
