It might be smart. Some places won't look at someone who lives far away, even if they clearly state they're moving anyway.
Do you have a friend who lives in NYC whose address you can use? That might even be better.
Well, I mean I could probably use someone's, but I guess the tricky part would be finagling travel if someone wanted an immediate interview
Well, tell you're working on a temp contract in western pa so you can't make an immediate interview. Cost & trouble of travel is def on you.
