Ugh! What an aggravating experience with Enterprise! They don't tell you on the phone, before you drive to their office, that they require
you to bring a paycheck stub if you're using a debit card. We've rented from this same office twice in the past year and haven't been asked
for anything more than the card. But this person treated us like scum. THey won't be getting any more of our business.
Hi Joel! We even called another location and were told the same thing. But - it was the attitude of the girl at the first location that
really rubbed us the wrong way. I almost asked her if she had ever worked for the DMV.
I got online after coming home and reserved a car with Budget at the airport. We called them earlier and were told they didn't have any of
the economy cars available, but they did online. We'll call when we get finished with yard cleanup, then go get it.
Also - I know how they process cards for rentals, hotel reservations, etc. Their system is supposed to verify your card upon entry and kick
it back if there's a problem. We made the Enterprise reservation online with no problems, but were given trouble at the location.
Just called Budget. Absolutely no problem with them at all. We even asked specifically about using a debit card and were told there would be
no extra requirements. Enterprise will be hearing from us.
