I hate Tenure altogether - think it hurts more teachers then it was designed for.

ascottishc: I respectfully disagree. It protects those who deserve to be tenured. They worked hard to get there, they should be protected.

And what if they get lazy after being Tenured, aren't they still protected and yet hurting the system?
