& what he can do in your life. Her question back to me was " How do you truly know that where you are in life today is really where
God wants you to be." and "is this truly all there is in this life that God wants for me" I truly did not know what to say.
I gave my testimony about God working in me an thru me but she just said "How do you know this is all God wants for you?"
Any ideas of how to respond?
This really waying on my heart and I seem to be lost for words.

angel1: I do not think that God lays out the whole plan for you at one time. Someone said it is a long obedience in the same direction.
Also, it seems like there is another question she is not asking. Is she asking about you specifically? Or is she feeling that she has missed
out on what God has planned for her to some degree? I would try and get her to clarify what she is asking.
good point, I think she means personally, how do I know that what my life is, is what God wants for me. I think she is struggling with
choices and are they the right ones for her in God's eyes. She has been told by someone else that if she would "just listen" to God
she would know what is "right" for her. I think she is struggling with "hearing"God
hmmm. After sleeping on this, I think I would say the following: I am where I am, good choices and bad (and I have made plenty of bad
choices, believe me!). God knew I would be here at this moment on this day. What is important, though, is where I will be today and where I
could be tomorrow. So I am doing the things that I know please God to the best of my ability. And every day, I ask for his guidance, knowing
that he loves me. I have faith that he will lead me. Perhaps it would help her to write down some sort of prayer/affirmation that will
remind her of God's faithfulness.
