we just sat there... and people chant and stuff... X) Im just there talking to my relatives making fun of some certain ritual =P

oh.... hehehe... next time don't do that. The rituals have spiritual meaning for the one performing them.

but, they may look very funny or strange for the onlookers.

just like, I find bowing full body flat on the floor as practised by the tibetan buddhists very weird, even not really that nice to look at.

but, one day, when I need to perform the same, somehow, I could understand the difference between such bows and the ones I am more accustom

The only ive been is in KL X) they aren't that much different... Only KL one is much bigger and crowded.
