新聞也沒說明是哪種x光。

是指全口x光，或是一片periapical film?

期刊全文是這篇：Dental x-rays and the risk of thyroid cancer: A case-control study

我看不到全文，不過這個研究的缺陷我想應該在他們用的方法是case control study，這種study model的誤差很可怕......（遠目）

不過你跟沒受過醫學訓練的人這樣說他們一定不會懂，所以，嗯，好像也沒甚麼好方法能應付因為這樣的報導而恐慌的人。（嘆）

不過，我比較在意的是abstract裡的一句話：An increased risk of thyroid cancer has been reported in dentists, dental assistants, and x-ray workers; and

exposure to dental x-rays has been associated with an increased risk of meningiomas and salivary tumours. 不知道他們cite的ref是什麼耶！

oh, 原來還只是個case-control study...
