haha 11pm! It is weird... nowadays, 11pm seem to be too early for most ppl , young and old.

that's why they grow old pretty fast. Then have to hunt and search for what anti-aging crap. The key to youth is sleep early by 11pm. ;-)

X) I totally agree with that but I normally wake up around 1am to 2am if i sleep early.. I heard our body need sleep only from 11pm - 1am.

it's also better for brain activity once following that pattern. Our body is naturally tuned to the cycle of sun and moon.

Oh I see... haha it is a misconception that ppl think as long you have 6-8hrs of sleep you be okay.

it's the timing that matters, amount matters too but that can differ for different people.
