im sure... but i have a past history of thin blood vessel X) prolly i hit it somehow...

environmental factors? will they trigger? Such as dryness, crisp air, etc.?

Not sure.. but tbh nose bleed for me is normal d X)... ever since im in primary school i always nose bleed.

oh... but, did you ever ask any doctor why or how it happen? or how to prevent? what to avoid?

haha yeah... i undergo surgery before but doesnt seem to do any good. I just have to avoid irritating it or sneezing to hard.

irritating it? Hmmm.... then... dusty environment, near construction area, heavy industry area.. those kind of environment you have 2 avoid?

haha Im fine =)... it is best to avoid dusty place X) even cleaning its better to wear mask. But seriously, it isnt a big problem =)

I have to wear mask when cleaning very dirty places, otherwise I'll fall sick.
