I don't know that he has an online shop too.. and especially uses my own photos to re-selling them.. don't know what to do..
you got to tell him those pictures are yours and only yours...i mean it takes a lot of effort to take pictures of your own items
plus if he wants to resell em he got to have his own pictures
Do you have any advice?? I don't care how much he prices, I hate that he uses my photos..
copyrighted or not...
thank you wan!!
if I didn't mention about copyright, can he refuse to get them out?? coz now I read his policy and he mentions about it.. if he doesn't do..
when I tell him.. what can I do next??
i dont know, i guess my thing would be if he is a regular customer
isnt it good that he is selling your stuff and coming back to buy more and then resell it
maybe letting him use the pic is not such a bad thing
now, if he isnt a regular customer that's a bit different
at first I thought he had a local shop.. I mean the existing shop so I think it's the great chance.. so I agree to make a business with him
i guess, if he gets mad over not being allowed to use the pics..and takes his business away
anyway, he made all orders through Artfire..
you could watermark your pics
then..it would have your store on it
a sneaky way without having a confrontation over it
and promo for your own store
but a watermark without a URL will not help either, if you're looking for tt result?
Oh.. and there are several items of mine that he hasn't order yet and they are there too..
anyway, the way to know is to telling him that I don't want him to use my photos and see the result, right??
perhaps you can start off telling him you appreciate the business, then proceed politely to tell him abt the pictures...
ok... let's see what he will react..
hmm, odd. My first thought is that if he buys your items and resells them, then you must not be charging enough!
GlassyGal interesting.. I didn't think about that..
