whats in it!

it has kidney beans, frenchbeans and onions, heaps of other secret stuff.

I put in soymilk with the egg.

I put white wine to make the french beans sweeter.

adding soy sauce as a finaltouch and black pepper is just omg.

my housemate Michelle adores it. The colour is nice. There's little oil used.

you can add mussels or better, oysters.

cos it removes the greenish smell.
