super bulky/bulky...you don't see it very often...

My favorite is the twisty twisty one, but I can't get it anymore

I have two options for super bulky right now: falkland, and a lux blend (merino, alpaca, silk)

does falkland take color well?

What about heavy worsted/aran?

I like the blend too...whatever will take the color the best

just me, but I usually only buy lux yarns in lighter weights.

I don't know about other buyers though.

I've bought them both ways; I've learned that I am not my typical customer.

very 'oooh shiny' when it comes to yarn. That's probably why I have everything from fine lace to smooshy bulky

I also have some aversion to superwash wool. NO idea why. I have found it takes dye beautifully, though.

Nope, just different blends.

hmm, I guess wool and tencel, or silk, or a little nylon would be good.

if you could find anything with sparkle, I'd be in for that
