German CS advises to send the picture in case of problems. The help form is in English, though, and doesn't accept attachments.

Even if I set language to English, it logs me in as German. Also, I've read Current Issues and changed the image to square and less than 100

OF COURSE it logs you in as German. Your BROWSER is German. It detects that. Stop it from doing that.
