Thanks Jacks! So far, so good!

I had an alright weekend, but I am glad it's over.

What happened?

I was in bed for two days with a pinched nerve in my back.

But I am feeling much better today, thankfully.

Thats good, back pains are the worst

For sure.

It's been a bad year for my back.

I was down most of the year... but finally got feeling good Labor Day weekend.

I am glad this was short.

I am sure laying around for two days was the key. Oh yeah, and Ibuprofen.

Those are the best things for it
