菇類(什麼都可...這次我用了蘑菇跟杏鮑菇)+洋蔥+大蒜...全部切片後,除了大蒜以外都用鹽水川燙一下,放到保鮮盒裡

紅酒醋倒入大約覆蓋到一半材料的量,加上黑胡椒跟parsley葉,用力給他攪拌,冰上一晚就大功告成囉!

如果想要更嗆辣一點,洋蔥也可以不過水.
