my dreams are usually frustrating. I almost never wake up 'satisfied' (much less liberated) from an immersive dream

i didn't feel very liberated upon waking. the rest of the dream was actually pretty unpleasant, but that one part felt sort of liberating

satisfying dreams are good. every once in a while you have when that leaves you feeling great. lucid dreams leave you feeling pretty good

i've been trying for weeks to have a lucid dream but haven't been having much success and its pretty frustrating :/
