the proposition in CA to ban gay marriages, changing the state constitution to define marriage as only a man and woman.

is marriage a human right? Is it things like inheritance etc that you're fighting for, or the chance to be recognised by the church of God?

from the UK, we're in a place where civil partnerships are allowed - but I personally question why apart from benefits they're of use.
