Much better after having a luverly massage today. I'm lucky to have an MT who also does physio, so I get a bit of PT w/ relaxation to boot.

Well, good for you!!! My sister and I just decided to plan a Girls' Getaway for a weekend. Nice hotel somewhere not too far away.

Sometimes you need to get away and just go somewhere, anywhere. Mental health break.

Connie, ITA - you have to get away somewhere every once in a while. Especially sisters
