Making an antagonist into an anti-hero is one thing.

Fucking up the antagonist's characterization just to make him a ~good guy~ is total bullshit and if Shugarl wasn't as hot as he is I would

just be giving up on this series by now.

Seriously, he and Kucabara are the only reasons I'm still reading this. That and the vain hope that they'll go into detail about Kuca's

past with Elimona.

I mean

I can accept Kuca liking the boobs fine whatever, he's been straight since the beginning and I can suffer through pointless fanservice.

But they have no business making Shugarl into some glorified babysitter/not!daddy.
