It's not a cata mount. It's an extremely rare drop from an instance.

I saw one in Org yesterday.. the pictures cant do them justice, they are beautiful and flowing, sigh.

I saw one again this morning, unless it was the same person. But when it flies, it leaves ribbon-like trails int he air that fade away
