Isn't Xmarks closing down at the end of the month?

xmarks got funding, IIRC. i moved to firefox sync, though given i'm a one browser kinda guy. if i change browers, i'll reconsider.

Xmarks got acquired by LastPass, the people who do the cross-browser password vault stuff.
