Apparently you can pick up a quest in Stormwind that directs you to Ironforge for your presents. There were a lot!

They've always had presents in past years, so I was hoping they'd do it this year.

they do it every year. I know the Horde presents were bugged but they did a reset and everything should be fixed now.
