I think it depends on your phone, Nikki. I have an iphone so my app gives me the option of making it private to a certain person or clique.

drats, i have android and all i can find is public or private to 'just friends'. i can see private plurks and respond to them

but i can't find how to *start* a new one to just one person or group :/

I don't know about the droid app. Aldwyn might know, if you have him on your plurk.
