No, I mean a technology company having a Flickr account primarily to show screenshots of their product for potential customers.

no, I thought of that possibility too, just only offered one question. So what would be the drawbacks to a company having a Flickr account?

I think any form of commercialism on the web is seen as spammy by some people. Company user accounts aren't trying to hide the fact at least
