Lunar Festival fail? The quest says to talk to someone in the park district.. there IS no more park district. I can see the ? on the map,

but nothing but the big hole and firey ruins.. been flying around for 5 minutes, and I'm wondering if the quest giver is embedded beneath

Did you go and find the quest giver? The link says some things may have been moved, but that wasn't written by Blizzard

The lunar festival already? They usually time that with Chineese New Year which doesn't start until 2nd week of Feb.
