At this point, there is no tablet running iOS, Android or Win7 worth its cost. Early adopters beware.

I have a DX. That said, I've tried them all. Cheap ones are "cheap" expensive ones are still buggy. Another year or two it should balnce out
I'd wait too on the android, but iPad is pretty nice. I think android will be a solid contender soon.
