At this point, there is no tablet running iOS, Android or Win7 worth its cost. Early adopters beware.

I have a DX. That said, I've tried them all. Cheap ones are "cheap" expensive ones are still buggy. Another year or two it should balnce out

I'd wait too on the android, but iPad is pretty nice. I think android will be a solid contender soon.

iPad2 is right around the corner. iP1 is underpowered & suffers from closed Apple issues from charging units to software & book deployment.

Windows has the best product for schools so far. Its compatible with software you already own, will take group policy and can be deployed

Easily. But the BEST devices it runs on are still REALLY expensive, like the Dell tablet with flip around keyboard.

Respect their users. And Android is just a base OS, not a complete package. So a Colby $110 tablet isn't going to compare at all.
