they were supper sweet, and completely composed, but it made it soooo ahrd

made it way harder to view it clinically - having them there made it more personal, and i foung it harder to detatch myself

Yeah it was really surprising. To answer ur question, it's a courtesy the hospital offers to help the parents through the morning process

the social workers say it actually helps a lot, a lot of parents are grateful to have the photo as their only physical memory of their child

it's sad, but I feel like im helping them, you know? so it makes it kind of good, at the same time
