Apparently after my last running of VM Ware Fusion, my Virtual Machine size ballooned.

Also found old Parallels VM and deleted. That freed about 8 Gigs. The VM Ware explosion is puzzling though.

Wait a minute...Installed Anti-Virus on Machine a couple of days ago. Stupid Bloatware!

...on virtual machine that is.
