what is Graphic organizers?

great tools to organize and relate info visually.

A tool that lots of people love but makes no sense to me. An object to remind me of differences in learning style.

Flowcharts are OK. Venn Diagrams = instant headache.

It's best when kids design their own so it makessense to them.

we have like flip books, 4 corner model, flowcharts, any other ideas?

I agree seawink, but for our curriculum document we have to give examples.

so sorry, will they be able to design their own at some point?

yes, graphic organizers are known now in my world as thinking maps! Drives our EC kids to distraction.
