yes, it is.however, I wasn't moved by the ending.

neither was I. I had expected to shed buckets of tears since it's pretty easy to make me cry.

I almost cried watching (SPOILERZ ALERT) Mami's death, and the whole Homura-goes-back-to-fix-everything

but the ending itself... noo. it wasn't bad, but didn't make me cry.

mami's death was so sudden I was pretty much O_O instead of ;_; as for the ending, I liked how the series ended, but I wasn't really moved

I didn't like Mami that much and I half-expected Madoka to waste her wish to resurrect Mami, so I didn't cry at all.

during most deaths and tragic moments I was busy going "whoa, awesome plot twist!" instead of crying. So yeah...
