at this said bar, all ready drunk and wreaking havov
notices that there's quite a bit more havoc in the bar than usual and tries to locate the source. It was Ann... how interesting.~
half naked and downing as much ale as she can while she sobs. There were disturbed people all around.
walks towards her but makes sure not to make any sudden or threatening moves; he'd learned from years of dealing with Arthur drunk. "What_
brings such a lovely lady to this place?" He sat in a stool beside and glanced over.
hiccups and looks up when she hears someone speak. It took everything in her not to throw a stool at him. "What do y' want?"
"Wine, music, good company. The same any other soul would want. You?"
slams her cup down on the counter. "More!" She tells the bar tender, now hoping to drown him out...shed more clothes and be miserable.
chuckles kind heartedly; she could drink just as much as the other it seemed. "Now, might I ask, why are you partially dressed?"
grumbles a bit as her cup is refilled and downs half of it. "It's hot in here."
"Ah, I see what you mean. I does feel a little warm now that I think about it. It probably doesn't help that my place is usually the perfect
temperature and now this."
he has no problem stripping his clothes regardless of temperature. "Can you go now? I am a bit busy."
"Non, I'm afraid not. You see, I was hoping to come here for a glass of wine," and perhaps more,"but instead I see you here. Don't you know
that there are some unsavory types that would take advantage of a young, half dressed lady?"
slams her hands on the table. "Let's see them try to take me on! I'll give 'em all hell! I feel sorry for the bloody bloke who tries!"
looks surprised for all of a split second before he bursts out laughing. "You are quite the woman Ms. Ann."
a spit fire. She almost blushes at his laughter. She downs the other half of her drink to comfort her. "Well, I dare say I should be after_
all the effort I put into it."
"Ah, there's a difference between a woman and a lady. I would say that you are both though."
he is being a shameless flirt now. "Well, I am both." She tosses her shirt to the ground when her arm got tangled in one of the folds.
that's funny because there was no flirting behind those sentences. "I know that.~"
quite obviously having poor judgment. "...I think I like you better in this setting. Have a beer."
almost balks at the thought of having beer but he deals with it, instead nodding. "I don't see how one could hurt."
only buy him one though! So she does and throws it at him with a laugh. Hopefully he'll catch it.
does manage to catch it and sets it down on the counter, opening it and taking a sip. ... It tasted horrible.
seems to laugh more at the look on his face. She was cheering up at his misery.
figures if it will get the lady to cheer up, he could endure one beer. Another sip left him with quite an amusing face.
giggling her glee. "Hey..." She reaches out to touch his beard. "You're making a weird face, which is only made funnier cause of your beard"
to grin but gives her a mock pout instead. "Are you saying that my beard is funny?"
wrinkles her nose, her grin widening. "Maybe."
takes another sip and wrinkles his nose for a different reason. "Perhaps. It may be."
rubs it a bit more. "It's itchy. Do you ever shave it?"
| That felt nice, like how petting must feel to a cat. "But of course.~ Or else I would have a full beard."
keeps petting. "I mean, all the way."
chuckles. "Non, I don't. I happen to like how it looks on me."
he would look a lot like Marianne. Girly. "Ahh...I see."
"You seem to be enjoying it though.~"
flushes a bit and yanks her hand away. "No I'm not."
chuckles. "It's okay, I don't mind. Perhaps you were just petting it menacingly?:
looks away. "Obviously, you git!"
"Ah, yes. I believe you, don't worry."
looks down at her drink, frowning. She almost forgot why she was here.
