do your bridesmaids and groomsmen buy their own attire?
latest #22
i think in most cases they do but not all the time...i'm not sure...
I read the "etiquette" on it and it said that when someone accepts to be a bridesmaid or groomsmen they are accepting not only the duties
but also they they will buy their clothes for the occasion
also, its polite that if you have your wedding party buy their clothes you should let them have a say in the stuff you want in your wedding
I know if I was a bridsmaid I would have a tough time shelling out all that money for a butt ugly dress I will never wear again
but ultimately its your wedding and you get what you want
your friends will understand that and hopefully do anything to make you happy

what about the flower girl?
on thee etiquette site I read
it said that a lot of times the parent of the flower girl/ ring barer would buy the clothes
as a "gift" to the bride and groom
instead of like an actualy gift or whatever
